speechBITE is a free evidence database on the internet specifically for finding treatment research in the field of communication and swallowing disorders. This database is up dated regularly and indexes systematic reviews, randomised controlled trials, non-randomised controlled trials, case series and singe case designs. Many of the group comparison studies have a rating score out of 10 to help clinicians interpret the methodological quality of the research.
